【Characters】 This product is white or white-like powder.

【Pharmacological action】

Pharmacodynamic Macromycin belongs to the aminoglycoside class of antibiotics, and has moderate inhibitory effect on a variety of gram-negative bacilli, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Proteus, etc. It is sensitive to streptococcus, pneumococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and some mycoplasma (such as mycoplasma gallinarum, Mycoplasma Turkey, mycoplasma synovialis, etc.). It is not sensitive to streptococcus viridis and Staphylococcus aureus. It is usually resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and treponemas. Intestinal bacteria had extensive resistance to macroscopycin, but did not show cross-resistance with streptomycin. Lincomycin has good antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria, such as Clostridium, peptococcus, peptostreptococcus, Clostridium tetanus, Clostridium perfringens and most actinomyces. Lincomycin acts mainly on the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes and affects protein synthesis by inhibiting the elongation of the peptide chain.

Pharmacokinetic Daguanomycin only absorbed 7% after internal administration, but maintained a high concentration in the gastrointestinal tract. The tissue concentration of the drug is lower than the serum concentration. It is not easy to enter the cerebrospinal fluid or the eye, and the binding rate of plasma protein is not high. Most drugs are excreted by glomerular filtration in their original form. The bioavailability of lincomycin was 30% ~ 40%. Mixed feeding can reduce the absorption rate and amount. Chickens were given 50mg of this product per kg of body weight (dissolved in drinking water) for 7 days. During the test, the plasma lincomycin reached 0.14μg/ml, while the concentration of Daguanmycin was extremely small, and only exceeded 0.1μg/ml after 7 days of the test.

【Drug interaction】

(1) Combined with lincomycin, it can significantly increase the antibacterial activity against mycoplasma and expand the antibacterial spectrum.

(2) Lincomycin combined with anticholinesterase drugs can reduce the efficacy of the latter.

(3) Combined with erythromycin has antagonistic effect.

 【Function and use】

  Antibiotics. It is used for infection of Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma.

【Usage and dosage】

Calculated with this product.Mixed drinking:For every 1L of water, 0.5 ~ 0.8g for chicks aged 5 ~ 7 days, 3-5days consecutive days.  

【Untoward effect】

No adverse reactions have been observed according to the prescribed usage and dosage.

【Cautions】Only for 5 ~ 7 days old chicks.

【Drug withdrawal period】 need not be formulated.
