【Property】This product is white or beige powder.

【Pharmacological action】

Cypromazine is a insecticide, which can inhibit the molting of diptera larvae, especially the first stage of larvae molting, so that the reproduction of maggots is blocked, and the larvae can not die. When administered internally to chickens, maggots can be completely killed even if the amount of the drug in the feces is very low. When the feed concentration reaches 1mg/kg, it can control the development of most fly maggots in feces, and when 5mg/kg, it is enough to control all kinds of fly maggots. It is generally effective 6 to 24 hours after the drug is used, and the effect can last for 1 to 3 weeks.

The absorption of this product is less after internal administration of chickens, and the main metabolite in the body is melamine. It is mainly excreted from the feces in its original form. Due to its low lipid solubility, cypromazine rarely remains in tissues. It had no effect on the growth, egg production and reproductive performance of animals.
