【Main ingredient】Cefquinoxime sulfate

【Characters】

This product is a suspension oil solution with fine particles. After standing, the fine particles sink and shake well into a uniform white to pale brown suspension.

【Pharmacological action】

Pharmacodynamics：Cefoquine oxime is the fourth generation of cephalosporin antibiotic. It achieves a bactericidal effect by inhibiting the synthesis of cell walls, with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and stabilization against β -lactamase. In vitro bacteriostatic tests showed that cefoxixime was susceptible to common Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella, Pasterella, Proteus, Salmonella, Serratia marcescens, Haemophilus bovis, Actina pyogenes, bacteria, Corynebacterium, Bacillus, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Bacteroids, Clostridium, Fusobacterium, Prevotella, Actinobacillus, and Dantanonas salcis.

Pharmacokinetics：The intramuscular injection of cefquixime 2mg per 1kg body weight reached a peak blood concentration after 0.4 hours with a peak concentration of 5.93 μg/ml, an elimination half-life of about 1.4 hours and the area under the curve of 12.34 μ gh / ml.

【Function and use】β -Lactam antibiotics for the treatment of swine respiratory diseases caused by Pasteurella multocida or Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae.

【Usage and dosage】Intramuscular injection: one dose, every 1kg body weight, pig 0.08~0.12ml, once a day, 3-5days consecutive days.

【Untoward effect】According to the prescribed dose, no adverse reactions.

【Cautions】

(1) Animals allergic to β -lactam antibiotics are prohibited.

(2) Those who are allergic to penicillin and cephalosporin antibiotics should not      contact this product.

(3) It should be fully shaken well before use.
